Prestige Management Group exists to act as a support system for young athletes, helping them navigate the modern world of sport. Since launching in November of 2023, the team has been building a roster of next-generation stars that include McDonalds All-Americans, Gatorade Player of the Year Winners, All-Conference Team Honorees, and W/NBA hopefuls. As part of the team’s services, we have been helping athletes maximize their name image likeness opportunities at the high school and college level, crafting several creative campaigns with brands looking to capitalize on an authentic channel with tremendous upside.

Here are a few of our favorite campaigns:

Helping athletes find their fit

NiJaree Canady x Venmo | The Big 12 Launch

I take pride in helping pave the way for the next generation of female athletes. This partnership with Venmo will help create real financial empowerment for athletes, and I’m excited to help them break new ground.
— NiJaree Canady, "Texas Tech Softball Star Lands NIL Deal with Venmo," SB Nation

After filling standard NIL categories for NiJaree Canady (equipment, footwear, apparel), we looked for other unique opportunities to position her ahead of the curve. One of these opportunities focused on long-term financial infrastructure. When Venmo (PayPal) looked to anchor the launch of their inaugural Big 12 and Big 10 school-branded debit cards, our team successfully priced and facilitated a landmark deal to book NiJaree as a primary face of the campaign alongside other elite conference talent.

Beyond a standard brand ambassadorship, we negotiated appearances at PayPal HQ, giving NiJaree an opportunity to meet the team creating the future of modern payments to build her personal network. Additionally, the campaign included a high-utility framework at the conference-level where athletes receive a portion of their NIL earnings directly into their Venmo account, standardizing the flow of institutional payments in the new “revenue-share era” of college sports.

Taken together, the campaign went beyond a typical “NIL deal” to put NiJaree at the forefront of cutting edge FinTech initiatives, further solidifying our positioning of her legacy as a pioneer in the NIL era.

Nija Canady x Adidas | Team Mahomes

Adidas has been a collaborative partner from the start, and we worked together to select athletes who are among the best and embody the drive and dedication we’re looking for in a Team Mahomes athlete.
— Patrick Mahomes, Bleacher Report "Chiefs' Patrick Mahomes Reveals Inaugural Texas Tech 'Team Mahomes' NIL Class"

After pitcher Nija Canady's trailblazing transfer from Stanford to Texas Tech, facilitated by a historic $1.2 million NIL agreement with the Matador Club, it was our job to continue positioning her as a pioneer in sport. So, when we heard that Adidas Texas Tech alum / Kansas City Chiefs Quarterback Patrick Mahomes were establishing a “Team” of NIL athletes to promote his brand, our team made sure Nija was part of the inaugural class. The partnership saw her featured in major marketing campaigns, social media initiatives and as one of the faces of Adidas product launches, further extending Canady’s influence beyond the softball diamond, which introduced her to millions across the globe. Additionally, the connections she made through this opportunity (including with Patrick Mahomes himself) will be able to utilized long after she hangs up her cleats.

Following the success of Team Mahomes’ first year, the brand re-signed NiJaree for the 2nd iteration (following our RFP of her shoe and apparel rights), which included a player-edition cleat - a first of its kind NIL partnership in softball. The cleat will be rolling out to the Texas Tech Softball team in February ‘26.

AK Rikks x Javian McCollum

At a mere 15 seconds, the tunnel walk is a concise affair—but the jaunt is closely watched by style-savvy basketball fans eager to emulate their idols and luxury brands anxious to place their latest clothing and accessories in front of the doting eyes of millions.
— Surface Magazine, The Lucrative Rise of NBA Tunnel Fashion

Through luxury labels that include Thom Browne, Casablanca, Proenza Schouler, Zimmermann, Brunello Cucinelli, JW Anderson and a beautiful 28,000 square foot retail location, AK Rikks has established itself as one of the Midwest’s pre-eminent fashion destinations.

With such a strong in-store experience, the next question became how to translate that brand online and on social media. The answer, of course, was tied back to another reason AK Rikks has seen so much success; it’s in-house styling services.

Kelley Hughes and I discussed the concept and wondered, “what if we used NBA Tunnel Fashion to do it in an untapped channel; college basketball?”

The resulting campaign saw one of their in-house stylists create walk-in looks for Oklahoma athlete Javian McCollum's games, photographed them at the Skirvin Hilton Hotel, and scheduled the looks to drop a few hours before each tip off through the rest of the season (with links to buy) like Javian had a team with him the whole time.

“My Two Coaches” | Spokesperson

I have two coaches, one on the court, and one with my money.

As a member-owned credit union, IH Mississippi Valley Credit Union is focused on the communities they serve in Iowa and Illinois. To help them reach teenagers across the region, we connected them with PMG athlete and Class of 2025 high schooler Divine Bourrage.

In the campaign, Divine learns and teaches financial literacy through videos and written blog posts; showcasing the process with one of IHMVCU’s financial coaches.

Through IHMVCU, our team also saw an opportunity for Divine to connect with individuals inside her local community that can help her to make financial decisions in the future as she grows as an athlete.

“The Silencer in Stillwater” | Apparel

OU guard Javian McCollum turned a broken play into one that will be remembered forever after he danced around for the entirety of the last seconds of overtime and hit a contested, falling away 3-pointer at the buzzer to give the Sooners an 84-82 win.
— Parker Gerl, Staff Reporter, ocolly.com

On a Saturday night in February, one of our athletes hit a game-winning buzzer beater to beat their in-state rivals for what might have been the last time ever due to Oklahoma University moving from the Big 12 to the SEC Conference.

”The Shot” electrified the state of Oklahoma, and by the next morning, we were on the phone with friends in the industry to see what we could do.

After talking to Javian, he kept repeating how teammates, his coaches, and fans couldn’t believe how silent the Oklahoma State gym got after he hit the historic shot at the last second. And so a nickname was born.

By Tuesday, “The Silencer in Stillwater” had a shirt online for sale, where he earned dollars from every Oklahoma Sooner fan who wanted to remind Oklahoma State what happened in the final Bedlam game.
